House Rules

• Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out before 11:00 AM.
• Your door code is personal: please don't share it.
• Before leaving: dishes washed or in the dishwasher, trash in the outdoor bins, A/C off, windows closed and door locked.

• Maximum 6 guests per home, all included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM: we share the beach with neighbors.

• No smoking or vaping of any kind, inside the home or on balconies and terraces.
• No pets, except service animals as required by law.
• Please rinse the sand off before coming in, and use the beach towels (not the bath towels) at the beach.
• Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on, and turn it off when you go out.
• Water and electricity are precious on the island: please use them with care.

• Buyé has no lifeguards. Swim within your ability and always watch children in and near the water.
• Don't climb or sit on the glass railings, and don't leave children alone on the balconies.
• Parking for one car in the assigned space.
• If something breaks or doesn't work, tell us right away so we can fix it.
