• Reservation details: name, email, phone, country, dates, number of guests and any notes you send us.
• Payments: Stripe processes your card. We receive only the result of the payment and basic data such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Reservations on other platforms: the details the platform shares with us or that you give us (for example, your name and phone to send you a payment link or your arrival information).
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: a cookie that remembers your language, and the logs our hosting provider keeps for security (IP address, browser, pages visited).

• To manage your reservation and payments, send you the door code and help you before and during your stay.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, including room-tax records.
• To keep the website and payments secure and prevent fraud.
• To reply to your questions.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing unless you've asked for it.

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our hosting, database and email providers, who process data on our behalf.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to communicate with us that way.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers are in the United States.

Reservation and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Other messages and data are deleted when they're no longer needed, and in any case within two years of your stay.

We use a single essential cookie, "lang", which remembers the language you chose for one year. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to delmarebooking@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Union or some US states) you may have additional rights; we'll honor them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Reservations must be made by adults; we don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
